Order Processing

• Orders ship in about 1 to 3 business days, though times may be longer during busy or seasonal periods. In rare cases of an oversold part, we may need extra time to source it.
• Orders are processed in the order they are received.
• Large orders will NOT be pulled until payment is received.
• If payment or communication is not received within 5 days, the order will be canceled.

Item Photos Inquiries

• Minimum Order: Photo requests are only considered for orders of $70 or more.
• Timing: Photos are provided only after an order is placed. Pre-purchase requests are declined.
• Shipping Delay: Requesting photos will delay shipment until we receive your approval.
• Cancellation Fee: If you cancel after receiving photos, our standard 5% restocking fee will apply to the value of the canceled items and be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellations, Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

• Cancellations: Orders can be canceled only before they are marked as "Shipped". Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
• Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee applies to all canceled/returned orders.
• Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Please contact us through BrickOwl within 14 days of delivery for assistance.
• After 14 days, we will do our best to try to find a fair solution for both parties.
• How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, send a message through the BrickOwl messaging system.

Inventory

Counting: Some parts are counted using a precision weight scale — count errors might occur.
